How can I delete or completely erase a partition-table.
The feature "delete partitiontable" is removed in the opensuse partitioning tool.

The typical PC partition table is in the very first sector of the drive, so: dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdx count=1 should do it, but you may need to reboot to get the kernel to reread it. I'm sure there's another way, but I don't know it. I won't explain sdx because if you don't know what to put there, you should not be using this command.
