Hi all, I keep sending emails to the suse support for help, but never got any respond except the auto reply( more than two weeks). I never had such problems with 7.2 or 7.3 Professionals. I used get some kind of ( although most of them were total useless) answers. Now I am getting none. I spend ~140$ Canadain for this product,and theere is no way of knowing what's going on with thier support. Indeed, I can make a long distance call to USA ( 510 number). I've tried this already . I've got nothing but an answering machine telling me to wait. SuSe8.0 came with KDE3.0 bugs , and I need to upgrade using YaST OnLineUpdat. I can't upgrade because the Online Update does NOT work. It shows up for few seconds and disappears. I wanna know if any of you experienced the problem. Thanks.
