IIRC, 13.2 was first "release" with the fix. TW fix was 22 months ago, well over a year before 42.1 release. I'm not sure how comprehensive the fix was initially though.
I don't know. I have most versions installed on virtual machines, but I don't remember which have this particular problem and which doesn't (I never use dup on them). 13.1 does not have dracut, but I think it does build initrd several times, on some updates. - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E.
