moving evolution from one machine to another

      Hello all,

 Now that I have 9.0 installed and working well, I would like to move
everything off my 8.2 machine onto the 9.0 machine. Of course, this
includes Evolution. I am looking for a clear set of instructions or to
be pointed to a good resource on this issue. 

What is the best way to move my mail, contacts, rules, dates,
appointments, accounts, prefs, etc.
