I've got it running just would be nice to have a 64 bit version so you don't have to install all the extra 32 bit libraries. The only thing that doesn't seem to work is my video but then I haven't really spent that much time on it yet. Most likely the LD_PRELOAD stuff (which the 64 bit version would eliminate).
I installed it on 12.1 and it seems to work except for video calls (which worked fine under Skype 2.2). Under Options > Video I can see that my camera is working OK (I have an image) but when I try to start the video in a call I only see a black square instead of the view from my cam and Skype throws an error message at stdout: libv4l2: error turning on stream: No space left on device jeancf@workstation:~> v4l2-ctl --all Driver Info (not using libv4l2): Driver name : pwc Card type : Cisco VT Camera Bus info : usb-0000:00:1d.7-3.3 Driver version: 3.1.10 Capabilities : 0x05000001 Video Capture Read/Write Streaming Format Video Capture: Width/Height : 640/480 Pixel Format : 'YU12' Field : None Bytes per Line: 960 Size Image : 460800 Colorspace : Unknown (00000000) Video input : 0 (usb: ok) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
