Hi David, Thanks for the feedback. I tried again with new results. It might have been the server side last time. RealPlayer works great... opens the child frame, controls appear, it buffers then plays. Ditto in Konqueror. mplayerplug-in, however, displays the file name (/eu.mov) in the usual place, it starts buffering too fast, the progress bar freezes at 80% and the controls never appear. It might be they've used a new Quicktime codec. This is the same thing that happens on some, not all, content at Apple's website. BTW, I've been very happy with Mozilla, but it does seem to get a bit sluggish sometimes. I don't use the calendar or mail options and had thought about trying Firefox. Is it's performance really a big enough improvement to warrant installing and trying it out for a while? cheers, - Carl
