The initrd looks for a fixed DSDT (Differentiated System Description Table). You dont have one so it says so. See http://acpi.sourceforge.net/dsdt/index.php for more information.

You can let the initrd (initial ramdisk) copy its contents over to /initrd to have a look at it afterwards for debugging or whatever. As you dont have the folder /initrd this fails.
