Strange, it didnt detect any NIC's on the machine.. oh well, i have had that problem with 3com cards before in dos :/
Aha! This is a PCI card isn't it? Look at your BIOS settings. You should have a section about ISA/PCI Configuration. Try to find out in which PCI slot the card is in, and enable it in your BIOS. Then try the 3c90xcfg.exe again to see if it detects it or not. 3c90xcfg.exe does the same access-method as the Linux driver, so if that program doesn't see it, Linux won't either.
