Hi,
I hope someone stumbled across this as well in 10.1 final.
Hi Andreas, Yes, this has been encountered by others... including myself. The trick is to make one change, close the 'Installation Source' module (be patient... this is a slow process) then reopen the module, make one change and close the module again. Repeat, as necessary, one source at a time until you are done. Also, it seemed to speed things up if I emptied the list of sources, first, before entering in my list of new, online sources. Mind your typing! ;-) You'll want to add sources for the following: Base: http://{mirror}/pub/opensuse/distribution/SL-10.1/inst-source Non-OSS 'Add-on' packages: http://{mirror}/pub/opensuse/distribution/SL-10.1/non-oss-inst-source Updates (bug fixes & security patches): ftp://{mirror}/pub/suse/i386/update/10.1 Suser-guru: http://linux01.gwdg.de/~pbleser/index.php Packman: http://packman.links2linux.com/ Optional 'supplementary' KDE upgrade (not "official" or "supported"): ftp://{mirror}/suse/i386/supplementary/KDE/update_for_10.1/yast-source The page to start looking for nearby mirrors is here: http://en.opensuse.org/Mirrors_Released_Version hth & regards, Carl
