Hum, it looks like it synced properly, assuming the size of the pdb files are non-zero. Jpilot actually reads those file for data. Data added/modified/deleted between syncs are stored in the pc3 files. Now I am leaning more towards a GTK font problem. Did you compile Jpilot with GTK 1 or 2?
