I installed KOffice and then called the various components up successfully. I looked at Help ->about KOffice Workspace and saw:
"KOffice Workspace 1.3.5 using KDE 3.3.2 level "a" SUSE 9.2 UNSUPPORTED.
What does that mean? What does that mean in terms of future use of KOffice under SuSE 9.2? That just means you installed an upgraded KDE release for which SuSE may supply the rpms (for testing. feedback, good will, etc. reasons), but since they are not a part of the official release, that version is not supported. It has nothing to do with any particular problem with koffice and SuSE. -- Joe Morris New Tribes Mission Email Address: Joe_Morris@ntm.org Registered Linux user 231871
