If you've downloaded and installed all of Mozilla 1.0rc1 then it should be there. Have a look in the preferences section under Privacy and Security. It has an SSL section. It's all on by default. I will warn you. Some banks take a look at the user-agent that the browser responds with and if it's not Netscape 4.X or IE (whatever version..non seem to be locked out) it my deny you no matter if you have SSL enabled.
