Ahem... what I am missing when I look at the server:eGroupWare repo? It is the 1.8 version, isn't it?
Regards, Werner I really hate that we have all these additional repos, and no central page that lists them all.
Roger, All, The openSuSE package is just fine. I simply prefer the svn version so I can get incremental updates simply by: su cd /srv/www/htdocs/egroupware svn update * I don't know how frequently the rpm is updated, but on balance a monthly 'svn up *' will keep you with all the current updates. Further, it helps the egroupware folks out when you can reference the svnversion in any bug report. I cannot stress enough - this is a fantastic package regardless where you get it. Given the fact that smart phones can make use of the caldav and carddav feature and provide integrated calendars and contacts, not to mention your data being 'securely' available from anywhere on the globe where you have an internet connection, it is one of the best examples of open-source solving a real world problem. -- David C.
