Is the problem that I have SuSE 9.0 and the apt4rpm is for 9.2? My goal is to install Gnome 2.8 and kernel 2.6X on my 9.0 box. I currently have Gnome 2.2something and 2.4.2x kernel
any help from the community will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Tom
Hi Tom, start form here: http://linux01.gwdg.de/apt4rpm/ Read "Software Installation" section. There are links to 9.0 packages for apt. Also, there is a mailing list for apt, where you can receive much more help about the topic. Cheers Sunny -- Get Firefox http://www.spreadfirefox.com/?q=affiliates&id=10745&t=85
