I have only just installed 11.0 on my "main" computer and haven't bothered with KDE4 this time (as I found it to be a PITA and even more so at the KDE4.1 Beta level), but there is the Repository called KDE:Factory or some such which may provide the stable version you are after.

Factory and Unstable both provide 4.1 Beta. Stable provides updated 4.0.4 packages (and was said to include NO 4.0.5 code).
I don't run KDE4 on my machine either, but would still like the ability for the KDE4 packages that come installed with openSUSE by default.
Ah, the question then is: what makes you ask about KDE 4.0.5 - where did you hear about this 4.0.5 version? Have you heard that 4.0.5 is the next expected progression? And if you did then wherever you heard this stated would also have given the source where it would be available, yes? I am only trying to figure out why you keep asking about 4.0.5, nothing more.
