Today I moved my mouse from it's (IBM M13) connection in the keyboard to the mouse connector in the pc in order to get the wheel to work. That worked but now the mouse in gpm (console) doesn't work. My original XF86Config mouse section was.. Section "InputDevice" Driver "mouse" Identifier "Mouse[1]" Option "ButtonNumber" "5" Option "Device" "/dev/psaux" Option "Name" "AutoDetected" Option "Protocol" "ps/2" Option "Vendor" "AutoDetected" Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5" EndSection .. and I changed it to .. Section "InputDevice" Driver "mouse" Identifier "Mouse[1]" Option "ButtonNumber" "5" Option "Device" "/dev/psaux" Option "Name" "AutoDetected" Option "Protocol" "imps/2" Option "Vendor" "AutoDetected" Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5" EndSection ..is there a way to configure gpm independant of XF86Config? What should I do to make it work? Is gpm even referring to XF86Config? Thank you. -- (o< //\ Powered by SuSE Linux V_/_ Virusproof.
