Hmmm. I thought I had a reasonable understanding of the GPL, maybe not .... ?
Well after checking back to the GNU site I see that I clearly did not fully understand the GPL.
I think that as far as my original query goes, the GPLishness of the Enterprise Server really comes into it's own once I have purchased a copy.
