Hello every body, when starting yast2 from the command line after becoming root via e.g. "yast2 sw_single" or "yast2 lan" yast2 gets stuck within waitpid (at least strace told me that) - until now, I have not found the process yast2 is waiting for at this point. The curious things is: starting yast2 via the kde menu, ALT-F2 or even from the command line via ssh works fine, I did not observe any hangs so far, using these options. So far, google did not provide me any useful suggestions. I do not think that another yast2/zypper/... activity is blocking yast2, otherwise starting yast2 via the kde menu or ALT-F2 would not work either. Any hints are welcome.
