I assume you are "root" when running this. If you are, check that that file does exist, and try to delete it manually. If you can't, it is posible you have a corrupted filesystem, and you need to repair it. If it is a reiserfs, it has been comented on this list a few times.
Carlos, I can find the file /etc/X11/susewm/kde_tmp_dir_old/Settings/YaST/notinstalled/Graphics/Viewer/ but this is empty. Should I try to remove it or is this telling me I have a corruted file system.
