Out of interest, how did you manage to make k3b work? As far as I can see, it's been broken for some time for copying video DVDs. Have you found a patched version somewhere?
Never mind, I see that the latest version from packman seems to be working again.
There is also a newer version of libdvdcss that was releasted last week.
