Hi SuSE folk,
I have heard of a set of files for KDE called Edutainment. There is a package in their that is called Stars, an astronomy program I want to install for my wife. Running SuSE 8.2 and checked in their archives, Did not find it. Also tried an apt-getinstall. No luck Was able to Google and found a CVS tar file for Stars. Would rather have the rpm and the whole package.
Any ideas/ info??
If you mean kstars - and I think you do - it's in the kdeedu3 package. It was introduced in 8.0 and even appeared as part of the marketing on SuSE's website but wasn't, I think, installed by default. Unfortunately, the rpm info doesn't name kstars except on the file list. So you won't find it using the YaST package installer even by doing a search on the description. -- JDL Non enim propter gloriam, diuicias aut honores pugnamus set propter libertatem solummodo quam Nemo bonus nisi simul cum vita amittit.
