I have an old SCSI Zip drive (external) and I like to connect it to the
linux
PC's we have at work, so I can easily transfer files from home (Mac) to Work (linux). Since the main bottleneck is in the Zip drive I'm not looking for a fast SCSI card, just one that will work with the 25 pin Macintosh SCSI cable (a cable to connect the zip to a modern SCSI system would probably be more expensive than what I was planning on spending).
I'm using a Tekram 315U SCSI-2 card that I got for $25 USD. You will need an adaptor since the 315U has an external 50-pin connector, but those usually run about $10 USD. You might be able to find the plain 315 that has an external 25-pin connector. Works great under Linux and Windows, but it doesn't have a boot BIOS for that price.
