But now that you know of it and are using it, if only implicitly / indirectly, check out what it can do. It's a fascinating and powerful package. http://www.graphviz.org/ Perhaps the best part is how easy it is to generate the DOT input files (the graph descriptor files that are the input to all the GraphViz processing). With that, you have all the fancy graph layout and visualization capabilities of the package at your fingertips.
