Again. What do you do when your Window pukes at you that the printer is broken? Reboot. If that doesn't fix it..reinstall the driver..etc..etc..etc. It's all in what one knows to fix the system they are working on. And if you work for a company that has even a couple guy's/girl's doing IT work..if your company is going to use Linux then they should be versed in fixing Linux. The end user shouldn't have to be a GURU.
