LOL, yes, a PCI slot fan has fixed the overheating. And I battle with the security mavens to keep the window open at night and cool the room down. Now the only real problem is my own bloody-mindedness. I thought I'd try to turn off screen savers, and they wouldn't go, so now I REALLY don't want screensavers.
