I can't seem to find acroread any more.
Anton,
I've always preferred kpdf over acroread anyway. Much more flexible on search/copy/paste. kde4/ocular should work as well, but I've not used it. I'm currently limping by with Foxit and a pile of unseemly 32-bit

zypper install can't find kpdf or ocular. I wonder why?
Foxit is not very good at form filling. Some GovCanada forms, not least of all the tax forms, seem only to work with Adobe.
I don't know why it surprises anybody. Adobe invented pdfs, so they know how to work them. Adobe probably got POed at Linux because every distro came up with some kind of kluge to replace Adobe, so they said, "Why should we bother--we're not welcome!" --dm -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
