I'd like to know the best way to install the kernel 2.4.10 into SuSE LiNUX ?
rpms are at ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/update/7.3/kernel/2.4.10-20011026
Get it from kernel.org (actually latest kernel is 2.4.15)
What's your reason not to use SuSE-patched kernels on SuSE system? I'm just wondering how to get RPM from SuSE.
Is there a current version usable at SuSE site ?
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/mantel/next/RPM 2.4.16 already appeared there.
