Hi, I'm having a problem with Solaris NFS servers. The problem is not as might be expected, slow writes ( very common with the wrong rsize/wsize ) but slow mounts. I have automount configured, and it works correctly. It attempts to mount from a solaris server, and from machines close, it works fine. But with machines a few hops away, it fails most of the time, giving "NFS Server Timeout" Has anyone had this problem, and if so, what was the solution ? ( if any.. ) Servers are Solaris 2.6 and 2.7 Clients are SuSE 7.2, kernel 2.4.4 -tosi
