master slave primary channel hda hdb secondary channel hdc hdd
2nd controller primary channel hde hdf secondary channel hdg hdh
And so on.
So for you ZIP drive this should of cause have been:
/dev/hdd4 /zip vfat rw,noauto,user,exec 0 0
