True. I seldom even bother to backup the OS on a machine. Just select directories like /etc and /home, etc. And therefore, those are the directories I shadow with SpiderOak. (I use spideroak in the "backup" mode with rollback capability.) I've only had a few instances of actually needing that capability but I'm perfectly happy to have it on another machine.
