Someone mentioned that this looked like an effort on the part of person looking to learn assembly, to me that makes sense, and should signal the "vultures" to provide some actual guidance on getting the code runnable, and then perhaps crank over the style, which will come over time as the person gets used to assembly language.
In posting as I did, I was fully aware that this was a learning attempt, and it was for exactly that reason I spent time giving guidance on style and comments specifically. I was only going to spend 5 minutes on it [I actually spent about 20, I suppose], and I went for what I judge to be the input which would have most benefit for the OP - namely his presentation and his comments. Good layout and commenting are necessary to help reviewers read the code in the first place and to validate the code as delivering the intent. For the OP, getting comments by submitting to the internet will be a bit hit and miss. I'm hoping that if he takes on board the input on presentation and commenting, he will improve his chances of getting help by getting reviewers up to speed quickly. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
