Yep -- for about 15 years maybe? For some reason it seems to involve maybe ~1/6th the normal packet overhead.... ;-) eth0+eth5 use the bridge (internal house net), while eth2 is an outward facing Iface. It will likely be a while before my outward facing Iface needs the same efficiencies I strive for on my internal net.
