I'm looking at a few groupware packages for a non-profit I help out...
At this time, I'm leaning toward Citadel; http://www.citadel.org/doku.php
Citadel is a turnkey open-source solution for email and collaboration.
One simple installation delivers a multitude of powerful features, including:
* email * calendaring/scheduling * address books * bulletin boards * mailing list server * instant messaging * wiki * multiple domain support * a powerful web interface
Basically, I need to set them up with something that does e-mail and calendaring and when changes are needed or new accounts are needed I don't have to do a site visit and touch each computer - or manage several types of e-mail clients.
Anyone using this package, or know of it? Any feedback, or alternate recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
If you can do with webmail, POP, IMAP, iCAL, activesync through Z-Push, you could take a look at Zarafa. Can also be used with Outlook clients (max 3 free) for those users who cannot live without ;-) http://www.zarafa.com Very scalable too (no problem to do 5-50000 plus users).
Thanks
