Hi Constant, I just tried this and saw the same thing. Possibly a bug? At least new messages still show up in the message list. This works at my end: 'hover' your pointer over the line until it changes to the <> arrow, hold your left mouse button down, drag left *first* then right to pull the folder view open again.
