En los manuales anteriores venía la forma de actualizar SuSE, de 8.0 a 8.1, de 9.2 a 9.3, etc. Cosa que ya no viene en los manuales.

Me recomendais hacerlo, llevo varios años con esta disto en el portátil, me la he currado mucho, y únicamente necesito compilar el kernel para utilizarla con un Pentium Mobile, y con una DVB Avermedia USB que me he gobernado.
¿Sobre que versión del kernel debería trabajar para no tener que actualizarla? Ahora tengo 2.6.11 (Esta no vale para la Avermedia, según Internet, claro).
Yo creo que te será más facil actualizar la distro entera. Pruebala en otra partición, si puedes. - -- Saludos Carlos E.
