Hallo, ich habe ein Probelm mit einem Ethernet-Adapter mit Intel 8255x Chipsets. Ich habe suse 7.0 auf einem neuen Server installiert. ( ok., 7.0 ist nicht die aktuellste Version, aber für Oracle 8.1.6 die letzte zertifizierte ) Ich habe das Problem, daß sich das Netzwerk einfach so abhängt. In der Support-Datenbank von suse habe ich auch einen Hinweis dazu gefunden ( die Supportdatenbank ist einfach super, man findet dort eigentlich fast immer was man sucht ) http://sdb.suse.de/sdb/de/html/eepro100_e100.html Lösungsvorschlag von suse : - Modul e100.o vom ftp-server laden und nach /lib/modules/2.2.16/net kopieren - In der Datei modules.conf den Eintrag "alias eth0 eepro100" ersetzen durch "alias eth0 e100" - depmod -a ausführen - rebooten und fertig Ich habe alles ausgeführt, aber wenn ich nach dem rebooten ein lsmod ausführe, sehe ich das noch immer das Modul eepro100 geladen ist und das Problem mit dem Ethernet-Adapter ist immer noch da. Wie kann ich das System dazu bewegen, für eth0 das Modul e100 zu benutzen.
