Achso, welche Flags verwendest du beim rebuild? Welche libglib hast du? Ich hatte IIRC das Problem auch mal, IIRC auch in den g_hash* Funktionen. Als ich die libglib dann mit '-O2' und evtl. noch nem '-march=' gebacken hab, lief's dann.
Ich habe einfach nur "rpmbuild --rebuild inkscape-0.46-108.1.src.rpm" ausgeführt.
Such mal auf software.opensuse.org -> SW Suche nach inkscape, da gibt's _einige_ inkscape 0.45 und 0.46 Pakete für die 10.3...
Installiert sind übrigens
glib2-2.17.6-7.1 glib2-devel-2.17.6-7.1 glib2-lang-2.17.6-7.1 libglib-2_0-0-2.17.6-7.1
Sind die aus Factory? Brauchst du die unbedingt für was anderes? Was?
Ansonsten downgrade mal auf die "offiziellen" 10.3er Pakete.
Oder besorge dir glib2 und inkscape mal beide aus dem GNOME:Stable
Repo.
