Steht Yast/Yast2 unter der GPL ? Nein . Also für heißt das nichts anderes als das er kommerziell ist, auch wenn man ihn frei bekommt.
Ist XFree86 unter GPL? Nein! Ist Sendmail unter GPL? Ebenfalls nein! Ist Perl unter GPL? Nochmals nein! Nur drei Beispiele, wo die GPL nicht zum Tragen kommt, es sich aber trotzdem eindeutig *nicht* um kommerzielle Software handelt. Die GPL ist nicht die allein glücklich machende Lizenz sondern nur eine unter mehreren, welche für freie Software zum Einsatz kommen.
