[opensuse-testing] openSUSE 11.0 Beta 3 ready to test

Hi everybody, openSUSE 11.0 Beta 3 is official announced now. it is available at http://software.opensuse.org/developer Please have a look at http://en.opensuse.org/Bugs:Most_Annoying_Bugs_11.0_dev before you start your installation. Since there are just 5% of the features tested, we still ask all of you to check if new features are working as expected.
