**You should probably go back and look at all the retraction SuSE has
**done lately. What do you call that?
retractions??? huh? That is something new; I think I'd have noticed a
retraction of almost anything on this list, being a basicly paranoid
being.
**And you know all this about
**the SuSE team because....?
years of experience of working adn listening to their advise. No one
is perfect, long hours and short of manpower can make things less of a
challenge and more of a grind, but largely everyone on the team is about
as helpful as any tech folks can be, esp when dealing w/ those less
qualified . ( me, for instance )
**But I pay for the box and I have every right to push for. Its my money
**and its their duty. Maybe you don't wanna push because you enjoy
**downloading freebies?
Whelp I've paid for the full pro box of every one of the Suse Distro's
since I started w/ them. It does state clearly on hte box that you only
pay for assistance w/ installation! After that it's other commercial
contracts. If you have one of those, this isn't the place for you to
voice your greivences. If you don't have one, you are out of bounds w/
the comentery about thier duty etc.
**In any case, it is not
**your duty to respond to emails directed towards SuSE, so shut up.
This comment is really odd. This list isn't private to People w/ Suse
contracts, it's a public anyone can join mailing list they maintain.
It's Free, and one way we all help out is to try and point others who
seem to be searching for an answer in hte right direction , or to give
an imediate answer to a serious problem that might stop the hemorage
while they are able to get messages to Suse , IF that is where the
problem lies.
**The problem was clearly stated
apparently not ! Rudeness is never appreciated, either. IF you post in
a public forum, you can delete any message you don't want to see, but to
tell people who are trying to help to "shut up" simply is not on!
