severe performance problems after commit ed98d731 (enable EXA default)
My on-board radeon HD2100 (AMD 740G chipset) worked reasonably well with the git version of the radeonhd driver, that is: until commit ed98d7311d021849993ac764b2caffd6ddceeb2a (enable EXA). The new driver slows down the system dramatically, the desktop (KDE 4 / openSuse 11.2 Milestone 6) is barely usable and the glxgears framerate (which is not a benchmark) drops from 200 to 60. -Markus -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: radeonhd+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: radeonhd+help@opensuse.org
