I have managed to get the testsuite to run and pass for the python- oci-sdk package mentioned earlier this week on this list [1], but now I have run into the strange situation that the Python2 subpackage contains the compiled code for Python3:

Does anyone have a clue what might have caused this? I haven't seen this before.

This could be caused by test run using wrong sitelib. The pytest call in check is wrong. Try: %check export PYTHONDONTWRITEBYTECODE=1 %pytest tests/unit tests/integ -s Cheers Tom
