[opensuse-project] openSUSE Distribution Tiers Policy

Dear openSUSE project members, If you're a careful reader of the opensuse-factory mailing list, you can stop here. Otherwise I would like to highlight that a few days ago I posted for review on the openSUSE distribution Tiers policy. This should define which architecture builds of openSUSE we consider premium Tier and fully maintained.
