Years ago I was running a Bulletin Board System (BBS) which used software written by a particular (U.S.A.) individual and who was quite openly proud of the international enterprises which had his system installed for communications (for example, SIEMENS was using his software). Occasionally I have the opportunity to try and influence an organisation/individual to switch from you-know-what to Linux - but openSUSE in particular, my argument here being that since I am using openSUSE I can be of more help should assistance be required. At such times it would be MOST helpful if I - or anyone else in the same situation for that matter - could do some "name dropping" and mention that "openSUSE is being used by, for example WWWWWW, XXXXXXX and YYYYYYY! just to mention a few companies". Does the Board know which organisations - local or international - use openSUSE and can this information be made available and be referred to, or is this information not known or not important enough?
