This is called "retreating blade stall". If you recognize it quickly enough you can recover, but what happens is that you have a very quick nose up then go inverted where you can enjoy the rest of the ride down.
What would happen if you slowed the forward rotor? Would the imbalanced torque cause the "rear to 'catch up' with the front", thereby get the rear rotor out of the forward's slip-stream? Colin
