Hi!
[...installation notes...] And now my problems: here some experiments of me:
adda:~ # pktsetup /dev/pktcdvd0 /cdrecorder open packet device: No such device or address Try /dev/cdrecorder here instead of /cdrecorder
adda:~ # pktsetup /pktcdvd0 /dev/hdd ioctl: Inappropriate ioctl for device
adda:~ # pktsetup /dev/pktcdvd0 /dev/hdd open packet device: No such device or address
adda:~ # pktsetup pktcdvd0 /dev/hdd ioctl: Inappropriate ioctl for device
adda:~ # pktsetup /dev/pktcdvd0 /cdrom open packet device: No such device or address adda:~ # And here try /dev/cdrom instead of /cdrom What is here wrong? I can't setup my writer.
It should be 'pktsetup /dev/pktcdvd/<device name> /dev/cdrom' , mind the folder pktcdvd in the dev directory!

hi Joe
I did try it, here you can see:
adda~ # pktsetup /dev/pktcdvd/dev/cdrecorder /dev/cdrom open packet device: Not a directory
[similar tries]
Or what is the <device-name> ?
The device name is like pktcdvd0, eg 'pktsetup /dev/pktcdvd/dev/cdrecorder /dev/cdrom' should succeed! It depends on how you create the device nodes. see pktsetup -h or the udftools doc for more, I'm not totally in to that!
