libsord-0-devel or sord-0_12_2-devel would only be necessary if there were two or more sord versions available. Since there is just one sord package, the answer is straightforward:
libsord-devel or sord-devel --
I submitted sord and serd to Factory a few years ago for the package lilv and then was unable to continue maintaining it properly. I'm back now and noticed that there was a bit of a mess. I shall clear it up soon. Please file a bug if I need to update 13.x or Leap. Assign the bug to davejplater@gmail.com.
