This also comes at a price: You need to review your build logs from time to time to see if your package rebuilds different binaries for nonsense reasons. E.g. all packages containing javadoc will be different unless the package uses -notimestamp. But there are similiar cases where applications include the build date or build host in their config files - which is pretty much nonsense IMO, so should be either patched our replaced with something meaningful to the user, e.g. the time of the last .changes entry.
