If it's an application, it shouldn't have the python- prefix.
About the 3... is there a distorm2?
That sent me looking. The previous release a few years ago was distorm64, so it looks to me like distorm3 v1.0 should be the name/version, not distorm version 3.1.0. I'll go with it.
