[opensuse-marketing] Issue #53 ready for translation

Hi @all! Issue 53 of the openSUSE Weekly News is ready for translation [0]. !! Possible last-minute changes: * add missing link to our meeting, * add statistics and * possibly add another app to "updated apps" !! You can see/update the status of your language at the "whats ready page" [1].
